Designed for adults of all experience levels—from complete beginners to seasoned performers—this dynamic and supportive class offers all the essential elements of musical theatre. You’ll explore acting techniques, vocal performance, and choreography, all while building confidence and learning how to connect with both your character and the audience. Throughout the course, you’ll work collaboratively with fellow classmates on scenes, musical numbers, and ensemble pieces, guided by veteran director Shaun Toohey, who is passionate about helping you grow. Each session is designed to be fun, engaging, and challenging, fostering both individual progress and group cohesion.
The grand finale? A live performance of the mini musical at a local venue, where you'll showcase your hard work in front of an invited audience of friends, family, and theatre lovers. No previous experience required. Just bring your enthusiasm, your willingness to learn, and your love of musicals.
